Discover a hidden gem of a bygone era. Our cozy, spacious, immaculate, tastefully designed, and private detached guest house is in a quaint historic neighborhood created in the 1920's that invites you to take a stroll and soak in the charm of a different era. We're conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport and within walking distance or very short drive from many concert venues (including The Van Buren, Crescent Ballroom, The Nash, Arizona Financial Theatre, Orpheum Theatre, Symphony Hall), sports stadiums (including Chase Field and Footprint Center), great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and lots of attractions.

This private and quiet studio casita with one comfy queen-size bed is well-stocked with lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable.

Beautiful, lush, serene, quiet backyard with private patio area to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon/evening drinks and watch the chickens while taking in a 360 view of one of the prettiest backyards you'll ever experience.

The guest house was recently constructed and is spacious, immaculate, and tastefully decorated/detailed with all the amenities you'll need. It's located in the enchanting and picturesque backyard of our historic home. The guest house is a separate structure on the policy you'll have all to yourself. Mature and lush landscaping provides a serene outdoor environment, including several inviting seating areas as well as your own private patio where you can enjoy watching the chickens. (No rooster!)

The casita includes contactless check-in using the door keypad, on-street free parking, new comfy queen bed, high quality linens, large wardrobe cabinet, fridge, microwave, two-burner hot plate, toaster oven, dishes, pots/pans, coffee-maker, blender, other kitchen essentials, spacious bathroom and shower, plus high-speed private WiFi, and 42" Smart TV.

We can also provide a Pack 'n Play with linens, high chair, and inflatable twin air mattress upon request

Exceptional hosts. Great communication. The Hen House was amazing. My only regret was that I only stayed 1 day. I loved the layout, the checking process was easy. I cannot say enough about the Henhouse. Thank you, Then next time I stay in Phoenix I will definitely be staying there.

We needed a place to lay down our heads for one night while visiting Phoenix for a concert, and we chose this property for its proximity to the venue, but as soon as we arrived, we both wished we'd booked a longer stay. The casita was so comfortable and welcoming, with everything just so. We could have just arrived with our clothes and toothbrushes. Everything else we needed or could imagine needing was already there. The yard looked like we'd been propelled out of the hot desert ino the lush Midwest. The sweet little backyard hens were so quiet, I forgot they were even there -- my only regret, because I love chickens! Spent a little time with them before heading back on the road, but we will definitely be booking here again. Larry was so welcoming and considerate as a host. Thank you!

The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area.

The Hen House was a great stay in downtown Phoenix. I’m glad I was able to snag such a perfect little place. This is in a safe neighborhood, and close to the convention center. It was an easy 10 minute drive. Communication was always instant gratification by text or through app. Very clear instructions about locking doors, using TV and other. Clean, very clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Has a refrigerator, microwave and dishes. It was cute, simply cute and everything placed so well , it really felt relaxing and fun. Will recommend and will stay again.

We had a great trip to Phoenix and part of it was where we stayed. The hen house is a cute casita that has everything yoy need, and some you didn’t know you would enjoy. Its very clean and welcoming. Perfect little hideaway
The hen house is an adorable casita. Clean and comfortable. All the amenities, plus some added bright spots like cold water waiting in the fridge and the offer of fresh eggs from the 4 ladies in the chicken coop. Willetta is charming and full of wags and kisses. Larry and Kristi had excellent communication throughout our stay and made us feel right at home.
