Best place all around!
This place was absolutely the best spot to stay for baseball tourneys in area! Wr played in surprise and also Glendale! Everything is centrally located from the house! Also house is so cozy there wasn’t one thing to complain about!! Thank you !!!

Great location and amenities!
Went for wedding at Arrowhead CC. Also had two days of golf at Arrowhead Legend. Enjoyed the home. There are multiple lights out and mechanical controls and TV electronics were difficult. Would suggest a maintenance review and maybe instruction page for both items. Small distractions and didn’t detract from our stay but may for others.

Short winter trip away
Nice home with large master bedroom & comfortable bed. Nice master bath. Enjoyed the back part of house with kitchen/dining/family room area overlooking the patio & golf course. Nice light & sunshine during the day. Blinds on those windows for night would be nice. Tv's all work different which we did not care for. A gas grill would have been great & a garage door remote also. Had neighbors on one side only & they were so quiet. Had road on other side which was a little busy at times. Nice neighborhood for walking. All 3 garbage bins were filled to the top. Pretty patio area with small covered upper area & larger lower area. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Location
This was a great location. Close to hiking trails, bars, restaurants. Pond had ducks, geese, egrets to watch. Great backyard to relax and enjoy the view.

This property was neglected and disgusting. From filthy furniture, hair in the tub, no running water in master bathroom, spider webs everywhere, pigeon waste all over the patio, greasy patio furniture, oven didn't work, etc, etc. Worst VRBO rental we've ever had.

Great location in Phoenix
This is a wonderful property, in a golfing community. The home is on the golf course with a peaceful body of water surrounding the course. It is a very quiet neighborhood close to food markets and restaurants. The home is very comfortable with beautiful amenities.

Definitely an oasis
This is one of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed in! Beds are super comfortable, house was spotless, kitchen was well supplied with anything you could need and the patio/pool area was perfect! Chelsea was incredibly responsive each time we reached out. I will likely make this an annual trip and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Great home in quiet area
Home is just as advertised. Comfortable 3 bedroom 2bathroom. Good view of lake and golf course. Had all we needed for our week long baseball tournament. 10 mins to Peoria sports complex and 25 to camelback ranch complex. Small touch would be to have a few waters in fridge, one extra roll of paper towels, soap and extra toilet paper just to separate this from the others. Would also suggest window treatments in master for the three arched windows. Sun comes up at 5:00am. I would stay here again.

This place was immaculate. We walked in and the air was fresh, the home was cool. They already had the A/C on. Everything we neede was available. The view was wonderful. Outside was as clean as the inside. I can't say enough good things about it. I will absolutely ONLY stay here from now on when we visit AZ.

Excellent Neighborhood
The Arrowhead Ranch area was a terrific place to stay. This property is located with views of the golf course and has a wonderful neighborhood to take walks in and is conveniently located to almost anything you would need - shopping, restaurants, etc. Similar to another reviewer - the filtered water did not work in the kitchen (and apparently has not been fixed yet), leaving us to purchase large quantities of bottled water for our family. As a previous reviewer pointed out, the second bedroom has a murphy bed. All of the males in our family are 6'3"or taller, so this did not work out well at all from a comfort and sleep perspective. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property and really liked the area it is located in.

North Glendale Luxury Neighborhood Home
Beautiful quiet neighborhood home located in North Glendale, with views from the patio of water, mountains and the golf course. It is literally situated on a small pond on the golf course. Perfect location and home for the active adult. Would not recommend the home of you have children. Just 2 hours from Sedona, or 3.5 hrs to the Grand Canyon. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants and coffee shops.

Nice property but terrible management
The property was beautiful, but filtered water on fridge and sink faucet did not work . More importantly , 3rd bedroom had a Murphy bed that would lower out of wall , basically rendering the the house as a two bedroom unit . I called AND emailed the contact (property manager) assigned to the house but NO callback !!!
