Spent a total of 5 days with no issues whatsoever. Very easy to find and no difficulty checking in. Everything we planned on doing was within a 10-15 vicinity which was fantastic. The included amenities and quiet environment made this stay fantastic. One confusing incident included recycled materials left in the closet from past visitors but was handled effectively through property communication

Quiet and convenient area

Quiet and spacious place. Check in instructions were clear. Unfortunately, the blinds could not be adjusted to prevent sunlight through in the morning. Some missing light bulbs on the table lamps. It was otherwise very clean

Good place but bad communication

Apartment was good. As described and well appointed. Everything you need for a stay. However, communication is none existent. Hot water was not hot in the showers or basins. Emailed, called and left a voicemail, tried to contact in hotels.com and emailed again - no responses.

Good but missed attention to detail

The rooms were super bright at night,outside lamps shone in. The blinds were ineffective. Was a little bummed out no local cable television. Place was hastely cleaned, attention to detail on cleaners was missed. Lights and vents super dusty. Showers and sinks filled up with standing water within 10seconds, would recommend fix this. Place was modernized and overall comfy. Apartment building is filled with university students.

Never Again

While the apartment was decent, we would not stay here again. The parking restrictions were insane...park anywhere except under the carports that were not completely taken (nor seemed to be any numbers assigned). Also, our travel plans were delayed and we showed up late. If it weren't for a resident not completely closing a door, we wouldn't be able to get in. Notes about a late arrival restrictions need to be better advertised. While outside we tried to call the assistant line and they were completely useless.
