"First of all, I received MULTIPLE “welcome” texts prior to our check in date. . . that had the wrong date. Then, the day of our actual check in we never received our latch access until 4:30PM, after I texted them multiple times. Check in was simple once we received access, the condo was very clean but not in great condition. The dish washer was janky, the back sliding glass door lock didn’t work (VERY NERVE WRACKING seeing as though we had a low 2nd floor balcony) and there was no soap in the...
