"The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Room cleaning was not great. The shelves and drawers in the room were filthy with dust and dead bugs. I moved the small sofa out only to discover that beneath it was a collection of dirt, bugs and hair. The bathroom has a bathtub, but their water heater doesn't produce enough hot water to fill it. I would have preferred to have been told before we arrived. Due to this, we did not stay and found alternative accommodation with a pool. Please fix it, K.S.
