"建物や部屋の内装〜家具などは素晴らしいです。
気になった事は2点です。
チェックイン、チェックアウトを含め、朝食会場での従業員の態度などは最悪です。この点だけなら星は１つです。やる気がないなら転職すべきです。そういうものを求める方にはお勧めできないホテルです。
もう一点は、Wifiが弱すぎる点です。
私は4階の部屋でしたから他の環境は分かりませんが、とにかく繋がらない、すぐに切れるで使い物になりません。
以 上の2点が大きなマイナスポイントです。施設などは本当に素晴らしいので勿体無いです・・・"

"Check-in staffs don’t provide information about the property. Unfriendly and let 6 of us walk all the way to the back of the property without offered ride. don’t wasted your money here there are better property. Definitely not 4 stars hotel 2 stars the most . "

"Gorgeous resort. The pool was very nice, and the staff were very kind. The location is close to the historical park, and the staff can arrange transport to the park, and also arrange transport to the Phitsanulok airport. "

"Beautiful and very quiet hotel with lovely staff and weirdly also lovely neighbours. Room wasn’t quite as modern as the pictures suggested, but it was easy and affordable to extend my stay after discovering just how quiet and nice the place was."
