"Overall our stay was very pleasant. However the room had only 2 adult robes, even though I have indicated in my reservation that there would be 2 adults and 2 kids. When i approached the staff at front desk to ask for kids robes, they refused. We just wanted to experience wearing kimono altogether. "

The seafood variety selection is below average. No lobster or good quality crab. I accidentally tipped the wine glass over, the waitress refused to refill the white wine even though one of our beverages was water. It’s definitely overrated on the website, disappointed!"
