An okay hotel. Do not expect the amazing Asian hospitality as you would expect in this side of the world. Average hospitality. Breakfast buffet and very limited choices. The location in great for people wanting to the VIN wonders, VIN safari and Grand World and the hotel provides free shuttle services to these places and also to and from the airport. Apart from this the private beach is well maintained and the swimming pool is good as well. When it comes to the rooms they are old and worn down and need some renovation. We found insects and a baby lizard in our room and we had booked a Deluxe Ocean View Suite. The staff members find it hard to understand English and the services suffer. I would rate this as a 4 star at the most. Definitely not 5 star material.

We had a wonderful time at Wyndham Grand. The hotel is Grand in a true sense. Casino is in the hotel, it is right on the beach with a beautiful swimming pool. Good option for vegetarian during morning breakfast. Close to Vinwonders Safari Grand world. A bit for from the airport but hotel provides free shuttle which we didnt know. But we were provided free shuttle for the drop off. Very Friendly staff. A perfect family holiday hotel!!

Smooth airport transfer and check-in. Stayed in a Deluxe Suite Ocean View—nice view but a bit far from the sea. Breakfast was okay. The hotel felt overcrowded. During my checkout, I felt like staff were stretched and the process took longer. The stay was okay probably I went during their peak season.

It is located right by the beach. Staff are really nice and they even provide complimentary transport from airport to hotel. Moreover, complimentary shuttle to Vinwonders and grand world. For airport shuttle, make sure to reserve ahead of time. But amazing place to stay at if want a tropical getaway.
