"Stayed 12 days, high expectations for a 5 stars hotel. Nice location. Beautiful lobby. Staff dressed professional attire even to house keepers. All greeted us politely, opened our door. We felt welcome. Greet with smiles and keeping eyes contact during our conversations. It’s small gestures, but not happen often in VN. We had 2 premium rooms, nice extra space. Rooms are clean. Bedsheets are white and clean. Bathrooms are clean with all amenities like shampoo, shower gels filled. Toothbrush abd toothpaste provided are really nice with other things that we forgot to packed. Towels are freshly clean. Room slippers are clean and newly white. However, one bathroom had the light switch broken, toilet didn’t flush consistently, it’s annoying on the 1st night as we told the manager they should checked the room before we moved in. It’s nice they replaced the switch and a brand new toilet the next day when we’re out in the morning. Our other room lock has battery ran out so we couldn’t get back in the room on early morning. It was taken care right away. The staff did apologize and send a few things up as a token. There are not many rooms per floor which are very nice. 4 elevators provided plenty. We hardly had to wait for elevator. The sounds proof of noise are amazing. Our rooms are near the elevators, we didn’t hear anything. The staff are amazing. Quyen took care of us. Buffet breakfast is very nice and clean. Food are fresh and variety. Love"

"Hotel is clean with very nice and attentive staff. The room is clean with all the necessary amenities. The daily breakfast selections are great. Food is delicious. I was impressed by the size of the pool. It looks like a 25M pool which is something you don't see at a hotel. I truly enjoyed the lap swims in that pool. If I ever come back to Hue again, I would definitely stay here."

"One of the nicest properties stayed in Vietnam. The main pool is absolutely gorgeous. Incredible onsite spa. Rooms were very spacious and luckily we were upgraded. The guest services staff also went above and beyond to sort us out (and created a WhatsApp group). They ensured our reservations were managed, gave us a room upgrade and let us use the villa pool area when the main pool got too loud. Would love to come back and relax in Hue here. Thank you for such a memorable time. "

"Perfect Vacation Place, beautiful beach front hotel. We stayed 4 days in their villa with private pool, beautiful villa, large, clean and got everything we need. Hotel has 3 restaurants and we try all 3, our favourite 1 Moomba, we also used the spa the lady that attended to me done a good job on my back, very nice and relaxing, we had a great times at ANGSANA Hotel and Resorts, thanks to the staff MY at Moomba restaurant he has a great personality and service makes us happy, also thanks to My staff at the reception desk, she helped us to organise our trip to the golden bridge, French village and few other places, in general all the staff were very pleasant, we highly recommend Angsana to anyone, we will definitely stay here again in future."

We stayed in one of the French villas, which was immaculately presented and had a lovely balcony overlooking one of the pools. Fantastic breakfast and delicious, authentic cuisine. "
