"Good space in the room but no place to hang clothes. Need to climb stairs to level 2 to take the elevator to level 4 then take another flight of stairs down to reach our room, not so ideal for elderlies. But the friendly staff helped with bringing the luggages up upon check in and down upon check out. Able to deposit luggages upon check out too. Gave enough pillows and beds are not too hard. Good location, walked to night market, train street easily. Overall happy with the stay."

"The hotel was very conveniently located in the Old Quarter and the staff was great everyday including everyone, from the door man to the front desk manager. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. It’s really a nice place to stay. The rooms we booked had two queen size bed which is rare to see. It could host four people if needed with shared beds. It also has a pool on the roof top, a gym with basic equipment, spa, and the breakfast was delicious with varieties. Overall, the location, the hotel, and the staff were wonderful!"
