"We spent 4 nights at the Glorious Hotel and Spa while visiting family members in a village about 90 minutes away. The tasty breakfast got us off to a good start each morning and it was a pleasure to return to our room each evening and take a dip in the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. ..."

"Staff is very eager to pleaae. Property is 'daily clean', but it needs a good detailing. Marble floors are dull, brass and chrome could be much better, Areas with low foot traffic seem neglected. "awful, the hotel is part of a now deserted resort. No English speaking staff (which was advertised), none of the facilities work, there's nothing to do and the restaurant shuts at 6pm, everything is broken and run down.
