"All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, love the overall design and setting in the hillsides. The restaurant food was delicious and services was great. We enjoy the peaceful and comfort of our room with the balcony. Getting away from all the heavy traffic and congestion was our main goal with this place. Would highly recommend this place to my friends and family."

"Upon arrival staff, we’re not very helpful. We had to bring our luggage in ourselves. No one opened her doors. We stayed at multiple hotels in Vietnam, and staff are very helpful and accommodating. However, this hotel left that the hotel is clean and spacious buffet is not the greatest, but there are a few options."

"A fantastic place in a beautiful part of Vietnam. I could easily see this place being the same in the 40s and 50s and liked the fact that the old fireplaces had been made into features in the room instead of hidden. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and they have a moped rental service at the hotel for a very reasonable price. "

"Not much activities close by, located on narrow steeet, however, not too much traffic so that helps. Staff were helpful and accommodating, rooms were clean although not modern, but it was very nice for the price."
