"Everything. Beautifully furnished room,quite unique,comfy large bed ,fantastic brand new shower,huge sink,lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean throughout. Blackout curtains. Excellent lighting. Wonderful breakfast included with table service and s huge selection of food. Pancakes are delicious. .an amazing view from the restaurant on 5th floor. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Has great spa facilities but I did not use them. Right in the centre of Montecatini terme in a great position,5 mins by foot from train station and bus stop . All the amenities and shops on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes,etc. Can't fault it and would definitely return and recommend it.to anyone. Value for money unbeatable. "

"We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!"

We hosted our wedding here with 21 people, including ourselves. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The venue, food, vendors, etc. were just wonderful. "We had a wonderful 4 week stay at this Tuscan house. The host, Massimo, was wonderful! He checked in with us frequently to be sure we were doing fine and had everything we needed. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our meals. The views of Lucca from the yard were beautiful! Thank you Massimo for a wonderful vacation!"
