"We had a fantastic stay here! The owners are very nice, and were happy to provide suggestions for wine bars, shops and restaurants. They even made our dinner reservations for us. Free parking is available a short walk away, and you can walk to pretty much anywhere in town from this centrally located inn. Our room was large (two bedrooms!), clean and comfortable. Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience. "

"This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! It's small, but serviced and supported very well by the staff at the restaurant. "
