"We had a wonderful 3 week stay with 8 adults and later 8 adults and 2 children. The property was as depicted with well maintained pool and yard, outdoor dining area, well equipped kitchen. It is on 3 levels with connecting spiral staircase plus a loft. Sarah was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. "We spent a wonderfully relaxing week here with our adult children at the beginning of September. The house is beautifully situated and we made abundant use of the lovely outdoor spaces. The pool is superb and there are plenty of solid, comfortable loungers. The pool is not fenced off, though, so possibly not one for tiny children. "Lovely villa in a beautiful location. The house is very comfortable and has everything you we needed. The kitchen was really well equipped. The lounge was huge and the smart tv was a bonus. Bedrooms were large and beds comfy. Most rooms have an en suite too. The outside areas are perfect for eating with the backdrop of Tuscan hills and view over Bagni Di Lucca. The pool is perfect and has lots of sun loungers. There are lots of nice restaurants, towns and other things to explore nearby. Overall...
