"Lovely cottage on the hillside overlooking Menaggio and Lake Como. Everything you need is there. Deborah was very helpful, answering all questions. Walks from the cottage were lovely and the fenced in garden was great for our dog. Two or three local restaurants also within walking distance. Weather was fabulous too, even the lightning storm one night!"

"This was our overnight stop while traveling between Switzerland and Italy. Wish we could have stayed one more day to visit the area. Lovely home and very conducive for our needs."

"Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce magnifique endroit . Certes la route pour y accéder est un peu escarpée sur la fin mais la vue est magnifique . La maison surplombe le lac et la réserve naturelle. De supers repas garantis à faire dans le jardin ! Vous serez à 20 minutes de la très belle plage de sable la Punta. L endroit est parfait pour un couple mais avec un enfant de moins de 2 ans il y a certains points à surveiller surtout l escalier . Mais cela est précisé dans la notice que l...

"We recently stayed at the cottage, perched at the top of the mountain just outside Bellagio, and it was a fantastic experience. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and provided plenty of helpful information. Their kitchen served outstanding food from Friday through Sunday. The views were breathtaking and expansive. Most importantly, the home was beautifully appointed, and we’re already looking forward to returning. "

"The house is great, airconditioning, kitchen, everything you need for a nice stay in Bellagio. The garden and terrace are wonderful: private, a lot of shade, nice place to relax and play. One thing to note about the house: the bed is nice and spacious, but a little short for a tall person (2 meters). "For me, the biggest reason why you come to Villa Sassa is the majestic view or the surrounding areas. It's a scene out of a movie. Beautiful with a lake view. The only thing that could be better is having more kid friendly food options and a major paint job of the buildings, as it looks outdated and takes away from the aesthetic view of the property. "
