"This place was more than 5 stars! We will be going back just because we loved it so much! It is a beautiful apartment with an amazing pool area and location is perfect! The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions. "Nice apartment although a little out of town. Werent aware that we had to check in in the town centre so not great comms. Good value for money. Kitchen should include bottle opener."

"Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment. "

"We were right on the water. Free parking within hotel was a bonus in Lake Como. 50 metres to the ferry. First day we took ferry to Bellagio. Beautiful city but far too busy. In early June , we had to line up for over an hour to catch a ferry back to our hotel. The next day, we drive around the lake and enjoyed the less commercially. "

"Old school hotel, large comfortable room, with usual amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had everything, and was very good. Location was perfect, very walkable. 3 min from ferry dock, 7 min to train station, 10 min to main town square. Highly recommended "
