"They were doing renovations in other rooms in the building (we stayed off-season), so our room smelled like plaster and construction materials from all the dust etc from the downstairs renovation. In my opinion, they should not have listed the property since it is under renovation. We literally had to walk over construction materials to climb the stairs. It was expensive for what we experienced. "

"The building is under renovation. No actual front desk the woman who checked me in left me a bunch of keys and opened the garage. But was convenient to the ferry terminal which was way I stayed there. Room is basic but clean. "

"I have great time to stay this guesthouse, wonderful arrangement to pick me up from train station, that’s what I saw the review from other guest and I followed. The location is good, walking distance to the train station, because I did day trips to the nearby little towns by train. "We loved our stay! The place was so quiet and comfortable. Everything was so clean. Fabio and his staff work very hard to give you the best experience. So kind. The availability of coffee and fresh fruit and yogurt along with pastries was so good. The restaurant next door offers italian food and sushi. I will go back and i recommend this wonderful place. "
