"I am so glad I ended up staying at the Hotel Torino Porta Susa! Talk about a slightly hidden gem: this small establishment is quite unobtrusive, but it was exactly what I wanted and needed for my short stay in Torino. The staff are fantastic -- in fact, I feel I may need to write a letter of commendation to the front desk personnel, who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again, and will gladly mention it to other people I know who propose a stay in Torino. Other pluses: eco-friendly policies (if you decline having the room cleaned and towels changed, you get a free beverage each day of yoyr stay) and they offer coupons that provide a discount at a small cafe just a few doors from the hotel. I had one of the BEST lattes of my life when I stopped by, and a wonderful sandwich. Highly recommend for guests who are not looking for anything fancy, but who like a good quality hotel with great staff. "
