"We all had a very relaxing week, including our dog who was safe with the fully fenced gardens. The property is very well-equipped and the family were very responsive to our queries. In the area there are nice restaurants and places to explore. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again"

"Der CheckIn verlief sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus war Innen und Außen wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Informationen zum Haus und zur Umgebung/Sehenswürdigkeiten lagen gut sichtbar bereit. Der Austausch mit dem Eigentümer lief via Whatsapp sehr zügig und freundlich. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus und Vermieter absolut empfehlen! "Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool unweit von Barban. Sehr ruhig gelegen, allerdings - wir sind in einen Dorf - krähen die Hähne am Morgen (aber nicht sehr laut hörbar). Wir hatten das Grundstück für uns. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht! Das Weinmuseum im Ort sollte besucht werden (empfehlenswert)."

"The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria."

"Idealer Ort um Istrien zu erkunden. Sehr netter Vermieter. Zum Empfang gab es Bier, Wein und eine Platte mit Wurst und Käse aus dem Restaurant nebenann. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar ein Jacuzzi.Vielen Dank, wir würden wieder kommen."

"Das kleine nette Häuschen in einer sehr ruhigen natürlichen Gegend mit Garten zum grillen und draußen verweilen umgibt alles was man zum Urlaub benötigt! Eine Wohnküche mit einem älteren Bad mit Waschmaschine ! Die beiden geräumigen Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Schrank und Spiegelschrank! Die Betten sind durchgelegen , deshalb mein Punktabzug "

"This is the most beautifully designed and furnished villa with a great pool and outdoor sunbathing area. It is situated in a lovely village with a cafe, restaurant and convenience store. It is close to beaches and there are many wonderful places to explore a car ride away. Dudo, the owner, who lives next door is an exceptional host. The perfect balance between unobtrusive and helpful, Dudo provided lots of excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. We had a wonderful fun family...

"I scrolled through holiday homes in VRBO/Homeaway and immediately fell for this beautiful villa, which literally decided the destination (Istria,Croatia) for us. Both were a happy choice. The house offers beautiful views to the sea and Cres Island and feels very private as it is covered by trees and gardens. We loved the covered terrace, where We enjoyed all the meals, backgammon, cards, and hard discussions with the grasshoppers. The pool was for sure wonderful and the barbeque area worked...

"Beautiful property, great breakfast, and in a less touristy part of town. Grocery store across the street was a plus. Around a 20 minute walk to the old town, but parking was plentiful even in July if you need to drive closer to the city."
