"The rooms were spacious.the staff were very polite and professional. The breakfast was excellent.I read other reviews about the small elevators.and,they took forever to arrive to your floor.I stayed here for a week. And,only once.I waited for 2 mins. Their are 2 elevators !The only issue I had was the parking fee was $45/Night. They could've charged around $30/night. I will definitely stay at this hotel again !"

"I had issues with my room due to the AC not working, the staff was amazing and went beyond making sure myself and my daughter was comfortable as she is special needs. All staff members were so kind and caring toward my daughter and also was so supportive and kind. I highly recommend this hotel and will be vack in the coming future."

"Very noisy, only because the design of the doors . Need to install easy closing mechanism. The are very loud slamming all hours of the night / day . Pillows are also substandard. Overall hotel is great in a prime location but I would not stay again until the doors are fixed "

"This spot has enormous potential. It’s a new hotel/condo project that will hopefully breathe some life into a previously bleak block of Jarvis St - about a 10 minute walk west to Eaton Centre and south to St Lawrence Market. Modernized automatic lighting including floor lighting that helps if you get up in the middle of the night. Super comfortable bed, Not much extra space but floor to ceiling windows help. The huge terrace on the 14th floor is a gem. Even during a hot spell there is plenty of shade to chill, enjoy a drink or meal and watch medical helicopters land on the roof of St. Michaels hospital a few blocks away."
