Slow and annoying check in process - not user friendly. They need to improve that because almost 10mins to check in through a slow online questionnaire platform isnt great. The hotel is a maze.. with a lack of signage. No kettle or even hairdryer which are basics! Good location.

The self-service check-in process far too longwinded. Had to input all contact details even though the booking was made through Hotels.com. Whitworth Locke
Gorgeous room, friendly staff. Lovely bar and and check in area. Very central location. Euro car park is not far and much cheaper than the NCP. Bring a light to put on your make up, lighting is cosy. Products in the shower smelt gorgeous. Would definitely stay again.
