"We had lovely days in this lovely House. Simona is a great Host WHO was Always there in Case of questions. Baveno. Hast much more than beach and great Lake View: IT IS a nice little and hast great hiking opportunities in Mountains directly in the Back of IT. Last but Not least: Try the lovely bakery/patissery 20 Meters auch was in the Street of "17 martyrs"..."

"This is a true lakeside experience! The boathouse is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out. The breakfast was lovely and the view is unmatched. The only negatives are that there is no AC but this is compensated by windows that let in a fabulous breeze from all 4 sides. This does allow the mosquitoes in but that's life on a quiet lake. Do stay here and swim or kayak on one of the nicest lakes in Italy. Highly recommended."

Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße, welche wirklich diesen Namen nicht verdient, somit gibt es keinen Durchgangsverkehr und der angrenzende Wald verschafft zusätzlich Ruhe. "I thought the villa was spacious and secure with nice views. You will need a car if staying here. Services available with a 10-15 min drive. One thing which could be improved is providing supplies such as garbage bags, more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, and soap for kitchen sink and showers, as well as more towels. Laundry facilities are not present in the villa you must find a laundromat. Also provide salt and pepper, tea bags. Thanks "
