"Quaint, small and delightful restored ranch/mansion with beautiful gardens and plants. The family owners go out of way to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. "
"BEWARE looks clean but its not. I opened my sheets to a bedfull of hair.
Immediately knew they do not wash big covers, let alone the duvet.
Bathroom was clean but i was only given half a roll (USED) for 4 people. Toilet paper was gone the same night. Luckily there’s a 24 hour store right across the street where i went to buy toilet paper.
Towels looked dingy, some white.
Area is nice, the building looks and smells clean. They gave me a heater. Safe area. I walked to get toilet paper at...

"Fantastic place to stay as a family. Basically a grandpa's dream house. Lot's of space for all children and grandchildren to mingle and have fun. The attention of the local host is the best. Always attentive to what you need. "
"It wasn’t what we hoped for. I tried twice to message the app to ask a week before, but I got no response. I I thought about canceling and I should have. I was celebrating a birthday and I was looking for something close to the center of Zacatlan so that we could easily walk there, even if a little far away. Un the information it says it is about a 7 min ride to the center. It is not. It is T least 15-20 minutes and a very rough road for most of it.
We arrived late at night and we’re given a ride there from the bus station. They couldn’t accept credit card because of the time. The lobby looked like a bar and had an unpleasant odor.
Also, upon arrival the internet did not work. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was a good size, though.
Our first morning we went to find out about ordering breakfast fast and we could not find anyone.
When we wanted to return to the hotel we called for more information and we’re thinking about requesting a ride, but we could not get through. We finally ended up getting a taxi there.
The second morning we were able to order breakfast, but they were very busy, so the service was slow. Most of the breakfast was good, though.
I would only recommend this if you want to gr away. There is a lovely view and some of the buildings have some character (could be made into a very nice place). However, the price was the same as what we were quoted at some hotels in the center of town and supposedly this was a discount in app."
"La Vista está genial, solo hubo algunos detalles con la ventana que no cerraba y una lámpara del baño no encendia, otro detalle es que mi reserva no la tenían, por lo que tuve que tomar otra habitación de mayor precio."
