The location was perfect- right beside a small walking trail up to town and in a part of Tuscany that allowed us day trip to wine country and to the coast to take in a swim. Having the older couple on site was handy for an issues, especially when we arrived without keys. They were generous with their wine and we bought their olive oil. "The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware. I cannot say enough about the host, Syed! He bent over backward to transport us to where we wanted to go. (We did a cooking class about 15 minutes from the city! I highly recommend.)
