"Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. "Our stay at L’Olmo was lovely, we enjoyed it so much and would definitely be back. The whole staff was so accommodating and welcoming (special thank you to Patrick, Ricky, and Gabriella). We had delicious dinner there for one of the nights with a beautiful, tranquil view and all our needs were taken care of throughout the stay. We will be back! "

"The hotel was beautiful maintained and a very convenient location. We stayed in a newly renovated room which was quite modern and clean with excellent spaces for clothes and toiletries which I appreciated! Our room didn’t have a view, it looked onto another building which I was a bit disappointed about.
