"this Hotel is brand new and the staff was very accommodating! This location is not ideal for visiting the Old city of Milan, and the Museum of Leonardo Di Vinci and the Domo which was amazing. $25 to $30 cab ride to just about everything. The location ( far from downtown) was the only down side"

"Definitely not a 4start hotel, I would say its maybe 2 stars at best. Originally, we were put in a handicap room that did not have a toilet seat, had tears in the toilet (unsanitary), had used shampoo containers in the shower (so was likely not cleaned well) and had a horrible smell from the shower bathroom like sewage. We arrived late at night so we stayed and first thing in the morning asked to change rooms. The front desk staff was very rude and annoyed at the request and refused to move us. When, I said that I would need to cancel the remaining nights to find a new hotel, then they looked to change rooms but gave us a VERY hard time about it. The new room was only ok, at least no smell. They claim that in the future they will make all rooms handicap accessible, meaning no toilet seats and open showers, which I find very uncomfortable for families. The beds are not comfortable, the hotel is very out of the way and breakfast is quite limited (at least friendly staff for breakfast). We will definitely not stay at this hotel again. "
