"I have stayed at many short term rentals, absolutely horrible! The master bed was broken so my 82 year old dad slept on the floor. No place to sit. We placed all of our things on the other bed and was charged an extra person. The fees were added on later and there is a notice stating it’s illegal to stay in the building. I will be contacting VRBO to recover some fees!!"

"Property was not the original address reserved, instructions for getting the key to the unit was impossible, key broke in the lock to get to the inside of the building, property manager had never been to the unit and did not know what it looked like, there was one roll of toilet tissue for five days of stay, There was no paper towels, the coffee machine did not work, and the unit quite honestly was awful.
