"Room was smaller than expected for the price, some peeling wallpaper, some tiles in the shower and the bathroom door showed past water damage. Room was cleaned every day, staff was helpful, they handled parking the car. Excellent location by Lincoln Center and Broadway. Rooftop bar pricey but excellent service and view. "

"We had a shower issue that was immediately resolved at 11 p.m. Water still does get outside the shower, all over the floor. Otherwise, the staff is amazing. So friendly. Great location. Close to Central Park, Columbus Circle, Broadway, Time’s Square, and the E train from JFK and back."

"it is lovely hotel, friendly staffs, convenient to go to New York central station just 20 mins ride will be in Manhattan. Breakfast is ok, could do better though. Omelet and fruit were what I like there only. If improve the breakfast quality it is perfect hotel."

"I loved their breakfast!! The food was so good and well made. The rooms were spacey and the hotel was actually quiet! House cleaning were friendly and super clean. Water, coffee and bagels were available 24/7 as well. High recommend."
