"Great villa with a lot of space and privacy. The pool and garden are really nice and the location is perfect with walking distance to the beach and port Grimaud and 10min from centre of St Tropez. We had a great holiday also due to the kindness of the owner."

Die Wohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Wege zu den Stränden sind kurz, in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und AKtivitäten. Neu ist die Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge in unmittelbarer Nähe der Ferienanlage, die wir mehrfach in Anspruch nahmen."

Une immense terrasse, une vue absolument exceptionnelle ! une très belle piscine au calme sans aucun vis à vis, tout çà ne peut que nous laisser qu'une impression positive et l'envie d'y revenir. "We all loved the place very much, the house, the pool and all. A lot of nice places to sit, play a game, or just enjoy the moment. Table tennis, swing a rope... Very nice trees and nature. Close to the nice village of Cavalaire. Nice walk to the beach (beautiful, busy in summer). The only thing we missed a bit was airco in the downstairs bedroom (the weeks it was more than 30 degrees). We can’t wait to come back."

"To start with some positives, the local area is stunning/the local village is lovely. The countryside views are breathtaking. The property itself is very tired/outdated and there were lots of issues that were not straight forward. For example, the Vrbo listing does not mention about having to pay extra for bed sheets / towels but the owner tried to get us to pay for this. We disagreed as it was not mentioned and he waived the linens charge and we bought our own towels. Thank god he did as the...
