"One of the worst stays I've ever had. Im in a wheelchair, so the fact that the accessible rooms are at the very BACK of the hotel was an inconvenience. The hotel needs to be updated. The whole place smells of mildew, including the rooms. Hallways smelled of mildew and marijuana. Majority of the power outlets were broken. The internet constantly went out. This is also the 1st hotel that has ever told me no when asking for a late check out. I explained to the front desk that I needed a later check out time due to my ride being late and was told no & given an extra 20 mins to get checked out. This is my 1st and LAST time I will ever stay at this hotel! For as bad as this property is, you'd think they would be a little more accommodating to the guests."

"Room was clean. Staff was helpful. However we only had 3 towels in the room for 5 of us and we had a couple of bugs in the room. Also only one tiny shampoo and conditioner. One of the Elevators was down the first day but was fixed by the next day. Not one of the best hotels I've stayed at but definitely not the worst."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property needs to be fixed a little. The pics of the room,don't match what's inside the rooms. Breakfast area is pretty good sized. Beach access and pool area was amazing. I emailed pics of stains on bedding. Saw them immediately when I first walked into the room. Some towels were dirty that were hanging up. The phone in the room did not work. There was a few roaches, crawling around the room. I did alert staff to these issues. Still have not heard back. I used the email they gave me to send pics, but email is not valid. The price of this room for 1 night not worth it. I booked an ocean view room and they told me I could see the ocean over the roof of next door building. The pic of the view on the website, depicted a different view not what I got."

"The view was amazing and the room itself was clean and came with all needed amenities. Easy access to the pool as well as the beach. Staff was also very helpful and pleasant will definitely be staying here in the future."

"I did enjoy access to the beach and the view was awesome. The only thing is no microwave, coffee maker, nor ice bucket was in the room. I had to go downstairs for an ice bucket & I noticed a microwave in the lobby with coffee maker. But my visit was very peaceful and great."

"The rates were higher because it was during a music festival, which I don’t mind. But when I pay higher rates I expect to at least have a hotel stay that doesn’t involve the loss of electricity for over 12 hours. I was comped for 50% of the cost of one night’s stay even though I lost all the food I brought with me due to the fridge not working because of the loss of electricity, not to mention being without ac in Florida, and not even having a way to vent the room without having the door wide open since the only window doesn’t open. I can overlook things like the property not being pristine since a lot of the beachside hotels in the area are similar in their wear and tear, but I can’t overlook how not one person in the staff even acknowledged the power outage, and probably wouldn’t have offered any compensation had I not brought it up. The pool area was nice and matched the description in the pictures. "
