Please note: the owner does not tolerate parties or noise in the house. Farmhouse "Angererhof", 1'000 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, surrounded by meadows and fields. In the district of Walchen 4 km from the centre of Piesendorf, 7 km from the centre of Kaprun, 10 km from the centre of Zell am See, on a slope, 4 km from the lake, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 6 km. Ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 6 km, slopes 6 km, ski bus stop 1.5 km, sled run 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Maiskogel 6 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Niedernsill 4 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
