In Walchen, close to famous Zell am See and Kaprun, you will find this cosy holiday home. Enjoy the Hohe Tauern nature reserve and the vast Zell am See/Kaprun ski area, which is only a few minutes away by car. Saalbach-Hinterglemm is also easily accessible from here. You will definitely be able to relax here! The cosy house has a spacious garden with great views. In summer you can enjoy a cosy dinner in the evening sun and in winter you can build your own snowman here!

Just a short distance away is the regular bus stop and ski bus stop, as well as a small supermarket where you can buy fresh bread rolls every day
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Von der Zirbenstubn aus waren viele Ziele gut erreichbar. Und den Blick von der Terrasse haben wir genossen. Die Wohnung war passabel ausgestattet: Manches in der Küchenausstattung müsste aber erneuert werden. Und ein absolutes Muss: Die Gästekarte wird überall aktiv im Quartier bereitgelegt, hier nur auf Nachfrage übersandt. Das ging dann jedoch recht schnell.

Finger weg! Die Ferienwohnung ist total ungepflegt, alles alt und heruntergekommen. Die Vor Ort Betreuung war auch nach 3 maligem Anruf nicht erreichbar. „ Zur Begrüßung“ gab es es halb volle Sektflasche am Eingang und ein leeres Weissbierglas auf der Terrasse, neben der Vielzahl von Spinnweber überall. Da hat vorher niemand mal nachgeschaut ob alles in Anordnung ist. Wir haben keine 2 Tassen im Schrank gefunden die nicht beschädigt waren. Gefrierschrank mit Spinnweben überzogen, Kaffeemaschine haben wir erst gar nicht benutzt, so schmutzig war die. Der Garten total ungepflegt, da hat sich schon lange niemand mehr drum gekümmert. Die Liste kann ich unendlich fortsetzen.
