The 2-storey detached holiday villa provides a timeless appeal for self-catering stays and is flexible in its sleeping layout; enabling groups of up to 9 to feel at home.

The ground floor of the modern villa features an inviting sitting room; with a comfy sofa suite, a fireplace and flat screen SAT TV for those all-weather stays. To the other side of the partially-open Living space, an adjoining Dining area provides an airy setting for ambient meals-in. From the Dining area, guests will reach a separate Kitchen; which provides a wonderful setting in which to prepare family meals, or create memorable dinner parties, with the help of a local private chef. The generous-size Kitchen is fully-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, food processor, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The accessible ground floor also provides 3 inviting guest rooms, in the form of a spacious Master bedroom with Double King-size bed, a 2nd bedroom furnished with a Single bed and a versatile bedroom furnished with 2 separate Single beds.
From the hallway, a flight of 20 steps leads upstairs, to the 1st floor sleeping accommodation. A second spacious couple-friendly bedroom with Double King size bed features alongside a bedroom furnished with 2 separate Single beds. The generous, versatile sleeping accommodation is complemented by private laundry facilities and two fully-fitted shower rooms.

The centre of Marina di Pietrasanta; with its wonderful range of shops, restaurants, cafes and pizzerias is within a short 5 minutes’ drive away.
The coastal setting also places guests a short drive away from the neighbouring resort towns of Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio; for their fabulous resort facilities, local attractions and popular Lido clubs.

The cities of Lucca and Pisa (approximately 35 minutes’ drive away) provide a great distraction day or night, whilst the Tuscan capital of Florence (approximately 1.5 hour’s drive away) promises a year-round treasure trove of world-class tourist sites and heritage attractions.
