Benfenati's villa with amazing pool in Tuscant lanscape

"We had a nice stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. The pool and grounds were fantastic for our group celebration, and the hosts did some nice things for us, including preparing a delicious meal and cake and providing table linens free of charge for our private chef.However, there were issues around pricing, communication and additional charges. The online price did not ultimately reflect what we paid, with nearly 50% extra charged for three additional guests. The pricing also didn’t seem to account for single guests requiring their own rooms. We were told that if we couldn’t afford the additional cost, we should book a UK youth hostel, which felt unnecessary.We were charged 250 for gas and electricity. the online description stated no additional/hidden costs, and the additional charges had to be paid in cash on arrival, which made us uncomfortable. Having checked Italian electricity costs afterwards, the rate appeared to be around twice the average. We were also billed for the Friday based on 11 guests, despite seven having already left and only four remaining. The hosts also charge for use of the coffee machine, we opted out of this.WhatsApp communication was frequent but sometimes felt like a bit much while we were trying to enjoy our holiday. On our final morning, the remaining four guests were due to leave at 6:30am. Despite asking the hosts to wait until then to clean, they began cleaning at 6:00am, which felt intrusive and added unnecessary pressure."

"Super schöne Lage und Aussicht. Wer hier Ruhe sucht wird sie finden. Unser Haus Abete war urig gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Obwohl noch weitere Gäste anwesend waren hatte jeder seine Privatsphäre. Pool sauber und ausreichend. Unsere Kinder hatten Spaß. Wir hätten uns gefreut wenn auch unser Haus Fliegengitter gehabt hätte. Es war sehr warm und wir könnten nachts leider nicht lüften ohne dass kleine Tierchen zu Besuch in die Wohnung kamen. Mit der lieben Gastgeberin hat die Kommunikation über WhatsApp und Übersetzer einwandfrei funktioniert."

"Nous avons passé un beau séjour à Pratovecchio. l endroit est magnifique . Très bien pour les enfants également avec une belle piscine , balançoire et un espace vert pour s'amuser . Emplacement situé en hauteur avec une belle vue panoramique .Je voudrai juste rajouter un point concernant la location , il était mentionné d 'une TV dans le descriptif , un petit rectificatif s'impose (En plus de la coupe du monde foot) ):):):)Un dernier point : une quinzaine de jeunes avait louer des chambres pour le Week end .Nous avons passé un Week end très très bruyant . Ces jeunes n'avaient aucun respect pour tout les autres personnes en location .Il faudrait qu'il soit mentionné ou avertit lors de la remise des clefs pour respecter la tranquillité de tout le monde.le reste du séjour était très reposant et Maria était disponible à chaque moment .je conseille et recommande ce gite .Je pense qu'on y retournera un jour ."

"Unterkunft und Abwicklung alles bestens. Vermieter sind sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Nähe zur Straße ist ein wenig störend das Haus ist jedoch genügend schallgeschützt um Geräusche abzumildern"
