"There are many things that did not go well, Where to start?When we were alerted that we would not be staying at our original hotel, We were assured that the new property we would be staying at was much better, I must say you never disparage another hotel in your collection, Shall I continue? We arrived everything was fine, nice room etc,although a good cleaning would be appropriate,We decided after viewing the video’s to try the restaurant, it was a mistake. "Fantastic place for a family vacation in the snow. It’s so good to be able to ski in and out. The dinner was absolutely delicious. So was the breakfast. The rooms are big bathroom is clean and brand new nice towels nice sheets. Only down is the firmness of the mattresses and the pillows that we found very hard Other than that, we highly recommend especially it’s a very good price as well"

"There was no Internet at all the hostel tried to blame it on my phone, but the other customers couldn’t get connected to the Wi-Fi. The property is not within walking distance from anything like restaurants or stores. How’s this? It’s hard to reach. Takes a long time to respond."

"Staff excellent. Only issue restaurant closed had to order delivery, why dont Hotels.com and the hotels mention this prior to booking. Would not have have booked had I known this."
