"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. "I was lucky enough to stay here for an entire week solo. They upgraded my room, accommodated my dog and food allergies, even packed a lunch for me for when I drove to a further destination for hiking. All the local hiking is around the Rosengarten part and is stunning. You’re close to Alpe di Suise and Seceda. Looking forward to returning to this region and this hotel. Loved my stay there 🙏❤️"

"The parking at this hotel was easy and convenient. It was hot, as there was no ac and I did leave the windows open, but my room faced another hotel where people stayed up until late into the night and so it was noisy all night. There wasn’t much of a breeze outside when I stayed there either. "

The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. "Stay in the hotel was nice, we stayed two nights. Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔"

"Very good hotel. Large room includes a sofa bed for a child if needed. Hotel is right next to the funicular to the mountain. On the other side there is a driver and entrance to the ski lift. Breakfast is very good and the prices for dinner at the hotel are reasonable. The ski resorts open this year on 5/12/25. Getting there is very difficult for those who are not used to driving in Europe. Make sure they come with snow chains and know how to use them!!!!"
