"We had a wonderful five nights, staying in two rooms as a family. We had views of the lake from our rooms; the highlight was eating breakfast with wonderful views. "Great place with a beautiful location by the lake, and amazing gardens. We had wonderful days at Splendido. We would come back. But to honor the name, furniture in the rooms needs to be updated and better maintained, and staff at the restaurants should be better trained and have more experience (though Ariana was very nice and attentive). Staff at reception were kind and helpful). Overall, a good choice if you want to spend a few days in the beautiful Lago di Garda."

"Excellent views from rooms that face the lake. Outstanding staff. Breakfast was great, aside from all the greedy little birds! (not the fault of the property) Great water pressure in the room, plenty of hot water. The only issue I had was that the bed was just too soft."

"A truly special place. The staff are incredible and genuinely can’t do enough for you. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are lovely and very well maintained, and the free spa access is a fantastic bonus. The spa was also very quiet during our stay. The sun loungers on the lake are fantastic, with very attentive lifeguards who even move your umbrella to make sure you stay shaded. The thermal pool is lovely too. The breakfast is very comprehensive, with a great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks, as well as the option to order eggs exactly how you like them. The location is excellent, right outside the entrance to the historic centre. It’s also close to bus routes, making it very easy to get around, including getting to Verona. 10/10 experience. If we return to Lake Garda, we will certainly stay here again."
