"This family owned villa is run by Francesca and her family. They were phenomenal. The beautiful villa was recently converted into a boutique hotel and has every state of the art amenity. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were spacious! The view from our room over the vineyard was awe inspiring. "Absolutely amazing. Even the morning was cloudy and overwhelmed with fogs, the view was spectacular with view of 'Abbaye de San Galgano'. The breakfast buffet was also more than delicious. Specifically, the salamis were cut from the staffs, not those bought from manufactured products, which also tasted great. The person who helped our check-in and -out was the only person fluent in English, but you can conversate with other staffs with no problem using your body language, don't worry about this....

"I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel ! While the nature and property were stunning and the villas were generously sized the cleanliness and staff helpfulness was very poor .there were very large bugs in the shower and tons of dust below the beds and one of our beds was not made at all .we only received one tiny bar of hand soap for a 3 bedroom ,6 ppl villa and when we ask for toiletries and extra toilet paper we received only 2 sets of shampoo and shower gel as a one time courtesy , any more...
