There are 2 or 3 steps into the first floor from the lobby, it was a struggle with all our luggage. It is cramped getting on & off the elevators, not much room with 3 suitcases in tow. I appreciate the hotel transportation to the airport. When we stayed at this same hotel last year, the parking was free but we had to pay for parking to leave our car there for the week. "
