"There's many things to do and places to to go around the area. 10 minutes away is Gatlinburg which is super busy but if you go around 9 in the morning you can get decent parking. Hotel was very nice the only draw back we had was that the office and where they served breakfast was across the creek with no bridge. "

"Rooms need to finished! Lots of renovations left to do. Also noticed that the first and second floor is better than 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. Housekeeping was still cleaning rooms at 8pm at night. Breakfast was good. Same things every day but it was really good. Pool was fun, kid friendly, we enjoyed movie night. Will I stay again, probably not. "

"Great staff. The place was clean. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was really good; eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, every day. Would be nice if they switched it up. Only other thing I would have liked would have been a blow dryer in the room. I would stay here again."

"The pool was full of kids , screaming and splashing like crazy. My kids didn’t want to be knocked out so we chose not to go in the pool. The breakfast was not free. We had to pay for adults only. The waitress was so kind and that was the highlight of the hotel. We asked for extra pillows and it seemed to be an innocence for the staff to get it for us. "
