"It’s a lovey retreat and a base camp for you day trips to Montpellier, Avignon, Barcelona or into the caves and gulches of the area. The house seems well maintained and clean. Communication with the cost will be in French, but tech can assist you with that very well. They are very nice. Some of the furniture has certainly seen better days and could do with a make over, but that seems to be cosmetic rather then structural issues and it's perfectly adequate for a vacation home.
