Welcome to Grandma's! This cozy 2 story farm home has been filled with love and laughter for many years. Come enjoy this spacious home where great memories are made!

*** Please note: the base price is for 2 guest. Please be sure to add the correct number of guest when you are booking your stay***
*** An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be added for parties of 5 or more.***

10 minutes to Goldsboro, Busco Beach, Wilson
20 minutes to Smithfield
45 minutes to Greenville and Raleigh
80 minutes to Wilmington, Topsail Island, and Atlantic Beach

-Grandma's Suite-King bed, sitting area, and full bath

-Henry's Place-A private room, 1 Queen bed, and a sitting area

-Single car garage ( grill under covered garage) and plenty of land for parking

-Pet information:

-Dogs are not allowed in the main living part of the house
-Pets can stay in a kennel in the a/c part of the sunroom on the concrete only - no exceptions, please
-You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog outside
-Pet Fees- There is a $50.00 fee (no more than 2 dogs)
-Please include this fee in your payment on VRBO by clicking the pets button before you pay.
-If dogs are known to be in the main living part of the house, an additional $250.00 carpet cleaning fee will be added

Additionally, while you are visiting Grandma’s we ask you to respect Grandma’s home by:

-using all facilities as they are designed to be used
-a fine of $250.00 will be charged if any abuse or misuse of the property exist (examples: traces of illegal substances, unforeseen mishaps such as throw up or defecation that has not been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected...)
