"There was cockrouches in the room and when we call the number the phone number has changed and had to call another number and after that they send someone later and just sprayed bug killer inside the room but it affected more my kids than the roaches after he left rouches were in the room running around.. we saw 2 of them.. not recommend.."

"Nice big rooms newly renovated but lacking amenities. The hotel does not have a gym/fitness center or a laundry room. I was told to go across the street to do laundry. It cost 4,000 krw for a washer and 5,000 krw for the dryer. Detergent is another 1,000 krw. Room cleaning is once every 4 days and bottled water is only provided on the first day.
