Located about 50 km from Sorocaba, Chácara do Chalé is a quiet place, perfect for contemplating beautiful landscapes (incredible mountain views, sunrises and sunsets), relax and share special moments with your family and friends. It is ideal for rentals for weekends, holidays, holidays, seasons, events and birthdays.

The residence has american kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room (table for 8 people), service area, 03 bedrooms and 02 bathrooms. It has space for events (hall with area of 90 m²), barbecue, wood oven, fire pit and leisure space (games table, pool, field, orchard and tree house), plus a pergola on the outside porch.

Estadia muito boa, local é condizente com as fotos e comentários já postados. Proprietário é solicito e responde com brevidade. Como li em comentário anterior, casa fica as margens de uma rodovia pequena, o barulho gerado pelos veículos não atrapalha o sono tampouco o sossego do local que é seguro e bem agradável. Recomendamos.

Minha experiência nao foi boa..periodo de 18 a 21 fevereiro 2023: - Televisão não funciona - Barulho estrada movimentada distante 5/6 metros janelas quartos após 5 da manhã ninguém mais dorme. - Chale empoeirado, colchao 2 camas velho, sem condições de uso. - Espeto ferrugem, grelha churrasqueira, não esta condições de uso. - chuveiro segunda e terça não funcionou, falta água e não aquecia primeiro banheiro - Limpeza interna e externa poderia ser melhor, esse não foi ponto principal. - mobília casa velha, colchão, cadeiras sala jantar e sala, estofados soltos, sujos com manchas, A construção casa boa, porem devido às observações nas condições atuais não retornaria, faço as avaliações reais do local para cada um possa tirar suas proprias conclusões, essas questões me incomodaram bastante, deixaram a desejar, essa realidade dos fatos... Henrique nos recebeu muito bem...

A chácara é muito bacana, as crianças adoraram. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. O Henrique foi super prestativo, e o Carlos, vizinho dele que nos recebeu na chácara, também. Sugiro um aquecedor na piscina para dias mais friozinhos...rs.

Perfeito para viagens em família
Muito confortável para curtir e descansar com a família. Área externa excelente, os quartos dão privacidade. Todos se divertiram com tudo o que a casa oferece, adultos e crianças. Ninguém queria ir embora. A estrada é ótima. Caminho inteiro asfaltado até a chegada do local, tem um mercadinho pequeno ao lado para uma emergência e grandes mercados há 15 min.
