"Top notched staff… love them!"

"Room was okay for someone spending the night between flights. Free shuttle was good and hotel was very helpful with that. There are no elevators. We heard lobby noise all night long. Voices really carried up the stairs. There is a lot of traffic noise also. Breakfast was okay. They did make eggs to order which was nice. Wifi was good. Overall you’re paying for the convenience of being close to the airport. We stayed in nicer hotels in Buenos Aires and Santiago on this trip for $100 less."

Las áreas comunes no están limpias, la piscina principal tiene moho en las orillas, el mantenimiento general necesita mejorar. "Spacious clean room with comfortable beds. Main swimming pools got busy but la Hacienda pool was quite. Dinner buffet was excellent and normal a la carte good value. Staff both friendly and helpful. Special mention to Wanda who made each dinner in the Leonforte restaurant a pleasure!"
