"It’s quiet, staff are ok; the only thing I did not like about the property is check time which is 11am, 10:45am a staff rang the bell and reminded me that I have to check out at 11am which I knew, it seems like they want to get me out of the room quick so that they can get it ready for the next guest which I understand. They should have wait until 11am before they tell the guest that it’s check out time. Other than that I’m ok with the facility "

"The property, as described is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Gen Luna. I enjoyed the quiet time and how accessible it still is from everywhere. Breakfast was ok, I was expecting something more as I read from the reviews. Room was spacious for 2 pax and it also has a balcony overlooking the ocean. "I understand a hotel has no control over the clubs and bars noise. However, we had to book a whole new hotel spend double money just to get a good nights sleep. When I brought it to the ladies attention at the desk, she shrugged her shoulders and said “I told you so when you checked in “. No apology no concern, no sorrow on her part and obviously no compensation "
