"The staff at Holiday Inn, Manila Galleria were warm and polite. They always ensure that their guests are finding everything okay. At checkout, they even asked if there is any feedback I would like to give and I did give a few comments on the air-conditioning, but it wasn’t an issue that greatly affected my stay here. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here if we ever have the pleasure of visiting Manila again ☺️ "

"Grand Hyatt BGC is by far my favorite place now to stay while I’m in Manila. The staff and service was top notch and not to mention the facilities were excellent and clean. The breakfast Buffet was excellent with almost all the cuisines that my husband and I love. They were additionally very accommodating knowing my husband had recently had surgery. It is a 20/10 for us! See you soon GH! "

"Spacious room, comfortable beddings, clean. Location is good. It is close to Molito mall that has lots of upscale dine in options. Near Alabang Town Center Mall and convenient to lots of banking services. Love the infinity pool overlooking city. I recommend this place love the hotel theme. "
