"The photo shows a view but your room doesn’t have one. Our entire floor smelled like sewage. Our room had stains on the carpet and the walls were dirty. The only thing that was right was our bedding. Holding your breath as you walk to your room is not how we had planned to spend our trip. Can’t say how the higher priced rooms were, but the lower cost rooms aren’t even worth that low price. We stayed at others for less with more dignity."

"Convenient location, convenient store, tram stop, central railway station few steps away. When tried to boil water, the power surged. We had to the bar to get water. Nice and modern place."

"We were waiting in the lobby since 2pm and didn't get our first room until 3:10. When we walked in the room, AC was broken, bathroom had urine smell, and shower room had smoke smell. The body wash jar was installed at sink(yes, you have to walked out the shower place to get it) and hand soap by the shower place. We asked for a different room due to the horrible smell and finally got the second room at 3:25. The room was clean but both shower jar and hand soap jar were totally empty. We booked a...

"Le service de nettoyage est entré deux matins tôt dans notre chambre pour faire la chambre alors que nous dormions. La chambre n’était pas faite selon mes attentes, manquaient les serviettes le premier matin et le deuxième matin les tasses à café n’avaient pas été changées et les poubelles pas vidées ainsi que les verres à eau pas changés. Le personnel a l’accueil était parfait, mais nous avons été instatisfaits du service de ménage. Si non c’est un bon emplacement pour visiter Budapest"

"We were so impressed by this hotel. Since it was on the less expensive end, our expectations were lower, but we were so surprised by how nice it was! Super clean and modern, comfortable beds, amazing HUGE buffet breakfast, and a perfect location walking distance to all the hot spots. Couldn't believe we got all that for the price we paid. This was far better than some hotels that we paid three times the price for!"
