"Very good folks running the place, went above and beyond like opening breakfast early for us so we could make the train, trying to communicate with us in English and help us get around and booked a taxi for us to catch an early train. The breakfast was good as well. One thing to note is it’s a small town so you pretty much need a car all around, the hotel has free parking so that’s nice. Also the hotel felt a little dated inside and in our rooms. Some rooms have been updated and some haven’t....

First off, the location is simply stunning as the hotel is surrounded by massive mountains and also overlooks parts of Innsbruck. "Everything about this hotel is 5-star ! The check in was quick, friendly, and additional information was provided for the area. The room was super clean and the bed extremely comfortable.
